Consulting sessions are 90 minutes long.
Before you begin the one-to-one sessions, you will need to fill out a form in advance of the consultation so the plan is ready for you to be discussed during the session. Everyone is required to fill out this preliminary assessment as people may have the same symptoms but that are stemming from different root problems.
Angela is also available to accompany you as you do your grocery shopping at a healthy grocery store (see Shopping Guide below).

Angela teaches raw food and holistic nutrition workshops, in private one-to-one sessions, at private events, or for corporate groups. Workshop topics range from the basics of nutrition to demonstrating how to prepare specific dishes.
Angela will accompany you as you do your grocery shopping at a healthy grocery store and help you pick out the best quality products and food at the best stores with the best prices and/or most convenient location for you.
Customized Meal/Diet Planner
Angela will prepare a customized menu plan based on your chosen/ diet requirements/needs whether it be a omnivore, vegan, vegetarian, raw, paleo, peskatarian ketogenic diet. She can help you work around food sensitivities and allergies.
